Development of 4G LTE-A In Indonesia Will Start in 2014
Internux, one of the ISP that provides 4G LTE network will start developing LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) version at the end of October 2014.
FYI, 4G LTE reached maximum transfer speed of 150Mbps, while the newer version, LTE-A can provide up to 300Mbps.
The implementation of 4G LTE-A in Indonesia will start in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. If the process runs smoothly, LTE-Advanced network will be ready on 2017.
Hopefully, by then, LTE-Advanced devices are available. And at a reasonable price, of course. Let's see.
