Acer to Release 5 New Smartphones
Only four months left in 2014 but Acer, one of the biggest notebook manufacturer is planning to release 5 new smartphones in Indonesia. Up to Q3 2014, they have launched 5 models.
The closest model to be launched is the Liquid Z500 that will arrive on October. No fixed pricing information yet, but according to Acer, it will available for the mid to low segment on the range of IDR1 to 4 million.
From 10 smartphone that they are planning to launch in Indonesia in 2014, the company targets to sell 800 thousand units.
Smartphone business is getting more interesting, right? Top names in PC industry such as Asus, Lenovo and now Acer is getting deep into it. How about Toshiba, Dell?
