According to Socialbaker, a social media network analyst firm, Acer Indonesia is the best notebook manufacturer in terms of their treatment to the end users, in social media channels.

On Q3 2014, Socialbakers noted that Acer Indonesia responded to 98,85% of the end users questions on their Facebook page. On average, their response time is 17 minutes. Ten times faster than their competitors response to end users.
