At Launch Date, Xiaomi Mi A1 Priced at Rp3.1 Million

Xiaomi Mi A1 officially released in Indonesia. In Indonesia, Xiaomi Mi A1 is released at Rp 3.1 million (4 GB RAM + 64 GB internal storage media). Not much different when introduced in New Delhi, India, at 14,999 Indian rupees or USD 3.1 millions.


The price of Xiaomi Mi A1 is slightly more expensive than the Moto G5S Plus, a new dual camera smartphone released by Lenovo. Lenovo Moto device is sold USD 3 million in the market country.

Mi A1 is available in three color variants, namely black, gold, and rose gold. Xiaomi Mi A1 can be ordered at Lazada e-commerce service from 2 October. Sales are made by flash sale, unique device directly sent on the day of sale. In addition, Xiaomi Mi A1 is also sold at Mi Store Indonesia and Erafone outlets. The sale took place on 6 October.

Xiaomi Mi A1 brings dual camera aka dual-camera which each lens is 12 megapixel quality. One lens for wide-angle capability (landscape), and one for telephoto (portrait). Features stereoscopic imaging and algorithm-based deep learning on the Mi A1 camera capable of producing a deeper bokeh effect when taking portrait photos. In addition, optical zoom is also possible up to 2 times and digital zoom up to 10 times.


Thanks to the ability of the camera, Xiaomi did not hesitate to call Mi A1 as a "flagship" device. Nevertheless, the price set by the Chinese manufacturer is very cheap indeed.
